Additionally, all credit card orders are processed via a secure server using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of orders processed over the Internet. Payment Term Options
1) Credit Card Charges: NIKAIA accepts valid Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for online orders. Credit cards will be charged to your account on the date of shipment.
2) Pre-Payment: NIKAIA will accept pre-payment by money order only, we do not accept personal checks. Please print your order form and send it along with your money order to:

Sales Tax
As NIKAIA sells only through the Internet to individual consumers, we do not currently charge sales/use tax on orders for customers residing in any state other than Maryland our "nexus" state.
Merchandise Return Policy
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Our customers have 5 days from date of receipt to return merchandise that does not meet their expectation, with the exception of the earrings that are not returnable.
Upon inspection of the returned goods, NIKAIA will refund the cost of returned item(s) plus applicable sales tax (if any), less original shipping charges, by crediting your charge card, or issuing a company check.
No merchandise will be refunded if traces of make up and perfume are visible on the piece. Merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.
Shipping
Merchandise is packed in individual gift boxes and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box, your order form must show a deliverable street address.
- Nikaia's standard shipping is UPS ground for $9.00 per shipping location to a residential address for 1 or 2 necklace boxes. Additional charges will apply for orders involving more than 2 necklaces.
- Customers have the option to select UPS 2nd Day Standard for $15.00, or UPS Standard Overnight for $32.00.
- In the event your order cannot be shipped complete within five working days, NIKAIA will notify you via email that certain items are on backorder and of the estimated ship date. If the estimated ship date does not meet your needs you may cancel your order via email (your credit card is not charged in any event until date of shipment).
- If you are ordering this merchandise as a gift, and want it shipped without an invoice please notify us in the comments section of the order form.
2) NIKAIA will ship rush orders by Federal Express if you require overnight delivery. Please call us at (888) 767-7354 to discuss your requirements and to authorize the necessary shipping charges.
3) In the event your order cannot be shipped complete, NIKAIA will notify you via a faxed or emailed Confirmation of Order that certain items are on backorder. NIKAIA will ship backordered items at our expense, and invoice or charge you for these items separately upon shipment.
Packaging
Each necklace is packed in a white gift box with velvet-bottom and velvet foam upper to protect the merchandise and prevent shifting during shipping. Further, each necklace comes with a Material Description/Care Instruction Card.
Earrings and bracelets ordered separately without a necklace are shipped in poly bags.
